We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your Thorogood® boots. If your footwear is in unworn, original condition, you may return or exchange your order within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place your unworn boots back in their original Thorogood® box and secure them inside a separate shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, our inspection team will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
